PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES

The Town of Dublin is applying for OCRA  & SRF water grants  and require the town to have an income survey completed.  A third party will be mailing survey's out to residents and/or customers within our water service area. We are a low-moderate income community and the survey is used to verify that information.

Please do not over or under state any information and understand that this information is not shared with anyone within the community. It is used to prove the number of people in each income level as they compile their report for the State. Thank you in advance for your participation in this important survey.
